Registration

We guide 3 kinds of registration for ICCBEI 2019 as follows.

To save your time at the Venue, we recommend you to register by gOnline Registrationh

Deadline for Online Registration

  • Early registration: Register prior to August 31, Saturday 2019 (JST 24:00)
    Extended the deadline on September 17, Tuesday 2019 (JST 24:00)
  • Online registration: Register prior to October 15, Tuesday 2019 (JST 24:00)
    Extended the deadline on October 22, Tuesday 2019 (JST 23:59)
  • On-site registration: Register after October 16, Wednesday 2019 (JST 00:00)
    Register after October 23, Wednesday 2019 (JST 00:00)

  • Each paper must have at least one author registered at the regular registration rate.

Excursion

We are planning to go out of Sendai City to see the typical historic place on November 9, Saturday, 2019 after Congress, and we welcome you participate the One-day Excursion, gTour to the Matsushima Islands and the affected areash

  • Date & time: November 9, Saturday 2019 9:00-16:40
  • Pick up & Drop off point: Sendai Station, East Exit, Charter bus stop
  • Excursion fee: JPY 10,000 (Included Lunch and the Entsu-in Temple admission)

Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen

  • Online registration can accept Major credit card or Bank transfer for Japanese yen
  • On-site registration can accept cash only for Japanese yen
  • Major Credit Card: Visa/Masters/JCB/American Express

If you choose the Bank transfer, we will send you an invoice in 7days you completed it. Please remit to the designated bank by October 22, Tuesday 2019
We will issue the receipt on the day of ICCBEI 2019.If you need to receipt in advance, please contact the Secretariat (sendai@intergroup.co.jp)

Confirmation

Once we receive your application, we will send you back confirmation with the registration number automatically. Please print it out and present to the registration desk to exchange your congress materials.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 3 days, please contact the Secretariat (sendai@intergroup.co.jp)

Change / Cancellation Policy

If you have a change or cancel the registration, please re-login the Online and change your registration till October 15, 2019.
Please note the cancellation is needed after the following date.

  • No refund by any reason after October 16, Wednesday 2019 (JST 00:00)
  • Refund by Bank transfer, we deduct a remittance fee and refund it.

Visa Information

Participants should check if they require a visa to enter Japan on the website of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

Participants who require visa support documents issued by the Organizing Committee, please contact: sendai@intergroup.co.jp
We will send a gpersonal informationh form to the participants who require a visa.
Please fill in the form and send it back with a scanned copy of your passport.

  • Visa support documents will be issued only to participants who have paid their registration fee in full.
  • If you require a Japanese visa, kindly need at least 2-4weeks for the internal procedure.
  • Since the validity of entering visa for Japan is three months, visa application documents will be sent to those who require it by the end of September.

  • Between 20 to 8days prior to check in: 20% Cancellation
  • Between 7 to 2days prior to check in: 30% Cancellation
  • 1days prior to check in: 40% Cancellation
  • Same day: 100% Cancellation, and No Refund
  • No Show: 100% Cancellation, and ‚mo Refund
  • Refund by Bank transfer, we deduct a remittance fee and refund it.

Reservation

1 Click on the eRegistration / Accommodation sitef button below and then click on eNew Registrationf
2 Go to the "Select course" screen and enter the number of people.
3 After selecting the course, click "Next". Then proceed to "Representative's personal information".
4 Please enter necessary information on the representative information registration page.
*Please manage "User ID" and "Password" you entered yourself.
5 Please go to enter accompanien's information and enter necessary information.
6 Please fill in the application form and fill out the necessary information, such as payment method, and send it.
The reservation number will be issued and the application will be completed.
*After sending the application form, a confirmation e-mail of the application will be sent automatically.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after more than an hour, your application may not have been completed, or your email address may be incorrect. Please contact the branch below.
